About Mark Waghorn
I have made Vernon my home over the past 10 years, have an extensive local network and varied professional experience relevant to the practice of real estate. A Canadian citizen, I advanced in the field of international telecommunications in the UK/Great Britain over a period of 12-years across account and service management roles, design engineering and in implementing complex global projects as an independent contractor. Returning to Canada I shifted my growing entrepreneurial drive to a consistent passion for serving clients combined with a love for property. I became a licensed realtor in 2012. I quickly realized that my project management experience, digital marketing skills, business education, and negotiation skills placed me in a unique position to excel in the representation of buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process. I have represented a wide array of buyers and sellers across Vernon/the North Okanagan BC area, and have extensive experience representing buyers in the arena of new home construction in the Foothills and Coldstream Valley.
